Apoorva Sahay began as a Fellow at COEFFICIENT in 2019 and continued on as a Policy and Research Manager where she remained until January 2022.

Apoorva is a graduate of Duke University's Nicholas School of the Environment. Her master's work was focused mainly on water resources management, with an emphasis on community-based approaches and international development policy.
